Refunds

The Companion PDFs are free. There is nothing to refund there: download them, read them, share the direct link with someone who needs the words.

If you used the pay-what-you-can flow to support the work and the amount no longer feels right, or if the charge was made in error, write to the address listed in the site footer within thirty days and the contribution will be refunded in full. No explanation is required.

Professional licenses are refundable within fourteen days of purchase if the library does not fit your practice. After that, the license is perpetual and non-refundable, but you keep what you bought for the lifetime of your practice without further charges.
